Originally from Kansas City, Mike Rice has grown up in the Jupiter area since 1979. A Jupiter Christian School alumnus and a local Palm Beach Atlantic College graduate, Mike graduated from PBAC with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Banking. Shortly after graduation, he married his wife, Katheryn, and they have 3 sons, Mike Jr., Peter, and Matthew. 

Starting a career in banking with Savings of America in 1997 as a loan originator, Mike grew as a top producer. A few years later, Savings of America, Great Western Bank, and Washington Mutual were all involved in a buyout that resulted in the behemoth "WAMU" taking up the lead and swallowing up the two large south Florida lenders - Savings and GW. Excited about being apart of a national lending institution, he gained credible experience in the banking field.

After five years with WAMU and the events of 9/11, Mike made a move to HomeBanc Mortgage Corp. It was there that he gained more experience and fulfillment in his career as a mortgage broker. He began to see the dream of starting his own company. And after two years with HomeBanc and 7+ years in home financing, it was time for Mike to make his dream a reality.
